How do I book you?
Send us your event address, date, serving time and guest count through our quote form. Our team sends options and pricing by email and text. Once booked, manage your event through your customer portal.
How do I check if my date is available?
Just pop over to our website and submit a form to check on your date! We've got multiple trucks and cuisines ready to roll, so don't be shy about reaching out — we'd love to help you find your perfect cheesy match.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
All cancellation and reschedule policies can be found in our booking terms linked in the footer of our website. You'll also get a copy with your catering agreement when you book.
Can the serving time change after I book?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no! Once we lock in your serving time, we build our other commitments around it — so if a proposed change would bump into another booking we've already promised based on our original commitment to you, we won't be able to make the switch.
